The two-year average cost of care for one night of safety in our Foster Boarding Program is $49 - an increase of $6 per night! We want to secure 365 nights of care for our pets. For each night of care you donate you will be entered into a drawing for a weekend getaway. Details below. Terms and conditions apply.

2024 - 2025 Nights of Safety

Over the two year annual period of 2024 & 2025 we provided the following nights of safety:

1,033 NIGHTS
Housing Security

We offered 1,033 nights in safety for pets while their families sought temporary shelter, reuniting them when they had a permanent home where everyone was stable and secure

551 NIGHTS
Physical & Mental Health

Pets were in our care for 551 nights while their people received inpatient physical and mental health treatment. Many people, especially seniors, refuse surgery or to ride in an ambulance if they have to give up their pets

386 NIGHTS
Substance Use Disorder

We provided 386 nights of safety to pets whose owners sought treatment for substance use disorder. We work with social service agencies to provide support and supplies for post-treatment reunification in group living situations (e.g. sober living homes)

123 NIGHTS
Domestic Violence

For 123 nights we kept animals safe from abusers in their home while their safe person escaped. Reunited, both people and pets provide comfort to each other while they build a new life of safety and security.
