365 Nights of Safety Weekend Getaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility. This raffle is open to all individuals 18 years of age or older residing in the State of Washington. Employees, board members, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter. One raffle entry is earned for each $49 donated to the 365 Nights of Safety campaign. Donations exceeding $49 will receive one entry for each $49 increment (e.g., a $98 donation = 2 entries, a $147 donation = 3 entries). Partial increments do not qualify for an additional entry.

Prize. One (1) winner will receive a gift certificate for a weekend getaway at one of the following destinations within the State of Washington: Seabrook Vacation Rentals, Alderbrook Resort & Spa, or The Finch Walla Walla. The winner will select their preferred destination from these three options. The total gift certificate value will not exceed $800. Travel to and from the destination is not included. The winner is responsible for all travel arrangements. No cash equivalent will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.

Winner Selection. One winner will be selected at random within 7 days of the campaign reaching its goal of 365 nights funded. The drawing method will ensure each entry has an equal chance of winning.

Winner Notification. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of donation. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize Redemption. The gift certificate is subject to the expiration date determined by the issuing company at the time of purchase. Beck's Place is not responsible for certificates that expire prior to use.

Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

Tax Deductibility. Because raffle entries are received in exchange for a donation, only the portion of the donation exceeding the fair market value of the raffle entry may be tax-deductible. Donors are encouraged to consult a tax advisor for guidance.

Modification or Cancellation. Beck's Place reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
