"From the moment we arrived in Nairobi at 3 am, our guide Karanja was there to make our trip amazing!    He was there at the airport to greet us, and was our driver and guide the whole time.  Kosen Safaris took care of all the arrangements: transportation, hotels, meals, the works.  They even provided a packing list! All of the hotels were all-inclusive, so meals, drinks, etc. were all covered.  We stayed in Nairobi a couple of extra days, and Kosen was also happy to make those arrangements on our behalf. 

On safari, we started keeping a notebook of each animal we spotted.  By the end of the trip, we had a list of over 100!  Giraffes abound, elephants in the wild, tigers, and even leopards sleeping in a tree.  Our guide Karanja was a professional photographer and birdwatcher, and he was able to spot these teeny, delicate birds from the truck!  We got to kiss giraffes at a sanctuary, get sprayed by baby elephants, eat a picnic under the acacia trees, view the majestic Rift Valley, and watch the sun rise over Mount Kilamanjaro. The flora and fauna of Africa was truly inspiring.   It was a once in a lifetime trip, and I’m so happy we were able to support Beck’s Place."
